Abstract
The content and depth of Guangxi flood-proofing, drought-defying and disaster prevention/reduction command system construction are mainly probed here, some problems that should be paid attention in construction are pointed out, and probe into the factors restricting system construction and the problems that need to solve in system development, too. It supplies reference for such every item in planning or constructing and so raises the system eonstruction level.关键词
