Abstract
Objective To invenstigate the selection of delivery ways of pregnant women in Zhejiang,to discuss the related influential factors and to find out methods to decrease the cesarean section rate (CSR).Methods The questionnaires were performed in 990 pregnant women.Results Among 990 pregnant women,289 selected cesarean section with CSR of 29.9%,and 11.3% was caused by social factors.The analysis showed that age was the only demographic factor and medical staff were the significant factor for the increase of CSR.The main influencial factors were being afraid of failure and pain,for baby and choice of" a good birthday".Conclusion Social factors are main causes of the increase of CSR.Medical staff influence the will of pregnant women.For the decrease of CSR,both pregnant women and medical staff should be educated.关键词
