Abstract
Objective To summarize experience on treatment of fractures of the femur with reamed locked intramedullary nail. Meth ods 13 cases of closed fractures of femur were treated with reamed int ramedullary nail. Results Average follow-up was 12.6 month s,it was found that all fractures eventually achieved union within an average of 4.6 months.No patients had ununion, deep infection and implant failure. Conclusion The operative method has advantages of minimal tissue tr auma,quicker union and lower rate of infection.关键词
