UBIO联合中药治疗口腔糜烂型扁平苔藓的疗效研究
The research of curative effect of UBIO combining with Chinese traditional medicine therapeutics on oral cavity anabrosis lichen planus

Abstract
Objective Objective To study the therapeutic effects of UBIOcombining with Chinese traditional medicine on oral cavity anabrosis lichen planus. Methods The patients suffering from OLP were randomly divided into two groups:Chinese traditional medicine and UBIO plus Chinese traditional medicine.The indexed of blood rheology、erythrocytic immunity、nail cockle microcirculation were examined before and after therapy in two groups. Results There were significant difference in indexes of the abnormality percentage of the flow、low shear whole blood viscosity、high shear whole blood viscosity、plasma viscosity、ESR、the wreath percentage of RBC-C3-R、the wreath percentage of RBC-1C between before and after therapy in UBIO group.The abnormality percentage of diameter of ansa top in UBIO group also showed marked change(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity and ESR were decreased markedly in Chinese traditional medicine group after treatment(P<0.01),and the abnormality percentage of the length of capillary ansa and velocity of blood flow were also decreased(P<0.01),and the abnormality percentage of the length of capillary ansa and velocity of blood flow were also decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion UBIO plus Chinese traditional medicine has marked curative effect on oral cavity anabrosis lichen planus,and it is better than simple Chinese traditional medicine on that.关键词
