急性白血病中医证候分型与P170表达及临床疗效关系的研究
Relationship Between P170 Expression in Acute Leukemia of Different TCM Typesand the Therapeutic Effectiveness

Abstract
146 Cases of acute leukemia were involved in this clinical study on th e relationship between P170 expression in acute leukemia of different TCM types and the therapeutic effectiveness. The results showed that compared with the sta ndard data, in the patients of the deficiency of both qi and blood type, P170 po sitive expression rate was lower while the clinical relieving rate was higher; a nd in the patients of the deficiency of both qi and yin type or in the virulent heat and blood stasis type, P170 positive expression rate was higher while the c linical relieving rate was lower. The results of the study have provided useful experimental data for treating TCM syndromes related with multidrug resistance b y TCM diagnostics and therapeutics.关键词
