摘要

Abstract

In order to solve "curse of dimensionality" of traditional dynamic programming applied to optimization operation of hydropower station,a stochastic global optimization algorithm ,Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm,and its ap-ply to short-term optimization operation of hydropower station are proposed in this paper. Compared with the dynamic pro-gramming,this method is simple , easy to be programmed,and finds the global optimum quickly. Therefore, an efficient method is provided for short-term optimization operation of hydropower station by separate price on separate time.
