Research on plane number recognition
摘要
Abstract
Based on computer, image acquisition and camera, using technology of image processing and pattern recognition, this paper develops a plane number recognition system. This system will be used in an automatic refueling system for a airforce airport. Three important technologies of plane number recognition are emphatically discussed in this paper. They are bivalency and image compartmentalization, feature extracting and number recognition.关键词
