摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of early synthetic rehabilitation(ESR) on shoulder joint subluxation in patients with hemiplegia.Methods:ESR was practised in 21 hemiplegic patients with shoulder joint subluxation,while conventional medical treatment was adopted in the management of control group of 20 patients with same disease.Results:After 4 months,there was a significant difference in cure rate between the rehabilitation group and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion :ESR had therapeutic effect on shoulder joint subluxation in patients with hemiplegia.关键词
