摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of Jiechangqing granule on the Ulcerative Colitis (UC) rats. Methods: To make the Ulcerative Colitis model rats by rabbit colon and Feud's adjuvant,and detected contents of IL-1 and ICAM-1 in the serum of the rats. Results: To compare with the model groups,the high-and mederate-dosage groups of Jiechangqing could up-regulated the contents of IL-1 and ICAM-1 and relieve the pathology changes significantly. Conclusion: Jiechangqing granule can up-regulated the levels of IL-1 and ICAM-1 contents in the serum of the rats ,which is the foundation to cure UC.关键词
