Talented Personnel, Crucial for the Great Development of Western Regions
摘要
Abstract
Talented personnel are crucial for the great development of Western Regions, while education serves as its foundation. While enjoying superiority, to a certain degree, in education, science and technology with in Western Regions of China.Chongqing can by no means be compared with any part of the developed Eastern Regions so far as talented personnel are concerned.Therefore relevant policies must be issued and practical and effective measures taken to retain, attract and bring up talented personnel to lend wings to Chongqing in the great development of Western Regions.
