HBO、UBIO对缺血性卒中患者血液流变 学及氧自由基水平的影响
Impact on homorrhology and free redicals of patients with ischemica stroke ofter HBO and UBIO
摘要
Abstract
objective:Studied On therapeutic effect of patients with ischemic stroke in Hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)and ultiaviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) . Methods:40 patients ischemica stroke were divided into routine group(control group,C) HBO group,and UBIO group.Hemorrhology,Lipemia and free redical were investigated in several different groups.Results:Fibrinogen was decreased and ability of alteration of red blood cells was increased in HBO group (P<0.05) ,fibrinogen, plasma viscosity,coagutation of platelets and total cholesterol were decreased,free radical was eliminated obviously .Conclusion:The efficacy of therapy in UBIO group was better than in HBO group,The auther disscussed the trend of ischemic stroke therapy关键词
