口腔粘膜原发性恶性黑色素瘤预后因素探讨
Prognostic Factors in Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Oral Mucosa
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the prognostic factors in malignant melanomaof the oral mucosa.Methods The clinical and pathological data of 35 cases were analysed retrospectively.Results The five-year survival rate was 45% in stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ and 6.7% in stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ(P＜0.01)；38.9% in the non-nodular melanoma and 14.3% in the nodular melanoma(P＜0.01);50% in those withinepithelium and 19.1% in those infringed submucosa(P＜0.01);66.7% in the positive of lymphatic metastasis and 22.2% in the negative(P＜0.01).Conclusion The prognosis of oral mucosa related with tumor stage,tumor type,depth of invasion and the treatment.关键词
