超临界CO2萃取杏仁油的研究
On Supercritical CO2 Extraction of Apricot Oil From Apricot Kernel
摘要
Abstract
Apricot oil was extracted from apricot kernel using supercritical CO2. The effect of different pressure,temperature and CO2 volume on extraction yield wa s studied by using 3 factors 5 levels while taking across design and the mothod of still e xtraction in combination with moving extraction.The results showed that the efficient cond itions were at 3.5 MPa， 70℃ and 47 mL/g in the ratio of CO2 volume to aprico t kernel. Extraction yied was 47.03%.关键词
