大学新生不适应性及对策浅析
Analysis of the Inadaptability of New College Students and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
New college students are faced with a brand new surrounding and a new way of life and work, the first day they enter college. Unprepared both psychologically and mentally, most of them are at a loss what to do, thus feeling mentally stressed and displaying unhealthy states of mind, which, in turn, affects seriously the first steps forward, the development and shaping of a sound personality on the part of the new college students. Therefore, college ideological workers must lay emphasis on adaptability education and take relevant positive countermeasures.
