五道河林场森林生态效益价值评估及调整
Valuation of eco-benefit value and adjustment in Wudaohe Forest Farm
摘要
Abstract
This paper deals with the appraisal of the forest eco-benefit value by the measure of benefit-value(MBV) in Wudaohe Forest Farm. The forest ecological function includes head water conservation, water and soil conservation and air purifying . The result got by MBV is the largest ecological value (LEV) and will be accepted gradually when the local economy and living standard are developed by degrees . In this paper the LEV is adjusted according to the local Engel's coefficient and the current payment value is working out .关键词
