Radiation-Resistance and Reinforce Technology of Satellite
摘要
Abstract
Putting forward the needs of radiation-resistance and reinforce of the whole FY -1C satellite, stand-alones and units, analyzing space radiation environment o f the satellite. In the design and manufacture, we raise clearly the requirement s of radiation-resistance and reinforce about the stand-alones and system's te chnology design, unit selection and software programming. Especially SEU and SEL tests are done for the stand-alones with CPU or memory SEU-resisting simulati on test is also done for the software of the instruments and system by failure- injecting method.关键词
