TRAVELS OF XU XIAKE AND DEVELOPMENT OF DANXIA LANDFORM SCENERY IN FUJIAN PROVINCE

Abstract
Fujian Province is an important distributing area of DanxiaLandform in China, which has high value in tourism. As a great traveler in ancient China, Xu Xiake visited Fujian five times. He mainly investigated Danxia Landform scenery, and made a large number of scientific explanations and records. In terms of Xu′s “Travels in Fujian”, it is suggested that for development of Daxia Landform scenery in Fujian attention shold be paid to the use of water scenery resources, protection of historical and cultural sites, and development of ecological tourism.关键词
