Specifical cytotoxic T lymphocytes treated glioma in mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To find the method of adoptive immunologic therapy to glioma.Method:The spleen cells which were obtained from the mice immunized with vaccine were cultured with G422 cells and rIL－2 for in vitro . Tumor－bearing mice were treated by local injection of these immune cells and their survival were observed.Result:Survival of tumor－bearing mice treated by these cells＋rIL－ 2 was increased.Conclusion:Glioma may be treated effectively by local adminstration of tumor－specific immune cells and rIL－2.关键词
