Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effects ofNE-pretreatment(NE-IP) and ischemic preconditioning(IP)on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injure(I/R)in rats.Methods The ischemic-reperfusion model of rat was used to comparing the effects of traditional pre-conditioning(IP) and preischemic NE-treatment(NE-IP).The incidence and duration of arrythmia,myocardial infarct size and myocardial enzyme were determined.Results In comparison with those in I/R,infarct sizes in both IP and NE-IP groups were significantly reduced(P＜0.01);the occurrence of arrythmia was fewer,the contents of serum MDA and CK were lower,but SOD was higher.Conclusions IP and NE-IP have a protective effect on injure induced by myocardial ischemia/reperfusion in rats.关键词
