DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR SUBSTATIONS IN JIAXING DISTRICT

Abstract
A management information system (MIS) for substation in Jiaxin Electric Power Bureau is presented in this paper. In the development of the system the distributing architecture, user-oriented and data-oriented programming method are used. Six modules are included in this system, they are: equipment management, operation management, metering management, switching order management, shift management and security management. Application of this system makes the work of operators easier. Putting this system to operation improves the management level of power transmission and distribution enterprise.关键词
