X光激光Nd靶表面氧化规律的研究
Research on the Surface Oxidation Process of Ni- like Nd X- ray Laser Target
摘要
Abstract
Ni - like Nd target has good prospective for application because we can get high - gain X - ray laser with shorter wavelength by it. The surface oxidation of Nd target is significant to the stability of the results in the X - ray experiment. We prepare the Nd target by sputtering and study the oxidation process under different environment. The mechanism of surface oxidation is studied, thus we propose the way to prevent oxidation.关键词
