Improved Algorithm of Customer Value Comprehensive Evaluation for Power Supply Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
This paper first defines the concept of customer value,then set up customer value index system and comprehensive evaluation model power supply enterprises.The model adopts the analytic hierarchy process method to determine the weight of each index,and appraises the customer value by gray relational analysis method.The validity of the models is proved with practical example of Xingtai power supply subsidiary.关键词
