复方中药对人宫颈癌Hela细胞生长和凋亡的影响
Effects of complex prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on the growth of HeLa cells in Vitro

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the traditional Chinese medicine extract (Baosheng Oral Liquid) on the growth of human cell line Hela in vitro and its probable mechanism, Methods The inhibition of Baosheng Oral Liquid on Hela cells and human normal liver line 7701 cells proliferation was detected by MTT method, cell apoptosis and expression of apoptosis gene fas were further analyzed with flow cytometry in which anti-tumor drug Cisplatin was employed as control. Results Baosheng Oral Liquid remarkably inhibited the growth of Hela cells. Flow cytometric analysis showed that apoptosis of the tumor cells was induced and expression of Fas was enhanced. Conclusion apoptosis may play an important role in the anti-tumor effect of Baosheng Oral Liquid.关键词
