ABOUT THE LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLECYSTECTOMY
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the cause,diagnosis,treatment and prevent of the biliang fistula about the LC.Methods:We retrospective reviewd 320 patients's clinical material about the LC.Results:320 patients about the LC,of them 4 cases are biliary fistula.And all are complicated LC,and all are confirmed into trauma of LUSCHKA hepatic duct.Through smooth and easy dainage to fully recover from an illness.Conclusions:LUSCHKA hepatic duct fistula because of gallbladder bed been decollementted or electrocauteried deeply.As it been confirmed diagnosis,it can be cured completey so long as smooth and easy drainaging.关键词
