摘要
Abstract
Sorbic Acid and Benzoic Acid in oyster juice are extracted by ether and are measured by using HPLC,The strong UV absorbable substance in oyster juice is eliminated,the minimum detectable concentration is 1mg/l,and the average recover for sorbic acid and Benzoic acid is 94.6% and 93.2%,respectively. The method proposed is simple with good sensitivity.关键词
