Linux-based File System Supporting the Continuous Media
摘要
Abstract
For techniques on compress and network and multimedia are developed rapidly, audio & video media become popular. However present operating systems can support the continuous media only on the layer of applications, not in the layer of foundation. In this paper, considerating on the operating system, we discuss how to support the continuous media on the base layer. Then we depict clearly the design and implementation of BLOB ( Binary Large Object) file system which is based on Lin ux.关键词
