摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of propofol on haemodynamics in gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopy opration. Methods 60 female patients, ASA class Ⅰ or Ⅱ, undergoing laparoscopy opration under general anesthesia, were randomly divided into control group (C) and propofol group (P).Anesthesia was induced by infusion of midazolam, fentany, vecuronium and propofol, After trachea intubation, anesthesia was main-tained by isoflurane, group P was injected propofol, at 5min before pneumoperitoneum ,group C was injected nothing as the control. Observed SBP and HR at the time points. Results After pneumoperitoneum, SBP and HR were significantly increased in group C(P<0.01).Compared with group P and group C, there was significant change in SBP and HR after pneumoperitoneum(P<0.01).Conclusion Propofol can change haemodynamics in gynecological patients undergoing laparoscopy opration.关键词
