Abstract
Objective To explore clinical efficacy of the viable organism Lactobacillus capsule in the treatment of senile vaginitis, Methods From January 2008 to December2008, 126 cases with senile vaginitis were treating in our hospital , and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 63 cases for observation group, every night after cleansing the vulva, put the viable organism Lactobacillus Capsules 400mg into the vagina deep, and continued for 10 days. Control group were 63 cases , every night after genital cleaning , and put the metronidazole 400mg into the Vagina, for 10 days. Both groups to be review and compare the cure rate after one week, the total effective rate. The two groups were cured in three months after the drug review, compare their relapse rate, the total effective rate. The two groups were cured in three months after the drug review, compare their relapse rate. Results The observation group cure rate was 76.19%, total effective rate was 98.41%. Control group cure rate was 63.49%, total effective rate was 93.65%, the two groups no significant difference (P> 0.05). Observer Group of the relapse rate of zero, the control group recurrence rate was 22.22%. Two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Viable organism Lactobacillus Capsule Recovery Vagina Vagina micro ecological balance, and increase resistance to vaginal mucosa. Compared with the antibiotic drugs, the recurrence rate is low, but also non-toxic side effects, is a safe, reliable, long-term population widely applicable treatment of senile vaginitis drug of first choice.关键词
