In China the power trade of urban residential quarter is commonly managed by house property managementcompany. Different from others, a new directly customer-
oriented electricity marketing mode which includes the metering, accounting, charging and service for each household of the residential quarters in Jincheng distribution network is put forward in this paper, and the obtained social and economic effect is presented.关键词
