用SSR标记对水稻品种的分类研究
Study on the Classification of Rice Varieties with SSR Molecular Markers

Abstract
The classification of four photosentitive and thermosentitivegenetic male sterile lines,such as Pei`ai64s,N422s,108s and LS2s,and 55 restorer lines were investigated by SSR data of 20 pairs of primer.It indicated that there was obvious indica-japonica differentiation among the varieties used in the study,and the result of cluster analysiswas similar to that of RFLP,which was consistent with the result based on morphological index.Of the used primers,5 pairs of SSR could amplify the polymorhpic band to identify indica and japonica with 90 percent accuracy.关键词
