摘要

Abstract

According to Xia Lifang and Jost' s model of reaction diffusion, typical materials were used and different surface compound compositions by changing the nitriding saturation condition were obtained. The diffusional coefficient of nitrogen in γ' phase was measured. The results showed that the Dγ' was about 1/10 that in a phase under ion - nitrding condition, and above 25 times that under gas - nitriding. These results demonstrated the theory deduced as above, and the mechanism of accelerating nitriding on INTC was explained explicitly by an experiment. It pointed out that forming a favorable compound composition or its structuralcomposition at the surface of steel was an effective technical way for the deep case accelerating nitriding.
