摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the related factors of necrosis in non-Hodgkin' s lymphoma(NHL). Methods One hudred and twenty-four cases of NHL Were divided into necrosis and non-necrosis group and classified into NK/T cell lymphoma (NK/TCL), T cell lymphoma (TCL) ,B cell lymphoma(BCL) groups. The expression of TNF-α, bcl-2, CD95 (Fas), CD95L(FasL)were detected by SP immuno-histochemistry. The presence of RNA(EBER1/2) was detec-ted by in situ hybridization. Follow-up studying were also performed in these cases. Results The expression rates of Fas, FasL, EBER1/2 in necrosis group were 81.5 % (22/27), 74.1%(20/27) ,82.5%(23/27),The expression rate of Fas, FasL, EBV in non-necrosis group were 68.1% (66/97), 59.8 % (58/97), 12.4 % (12/97), higher than those in non-necrosis group(P<0.005). Conversely, the high-expression rate of bcl-2 in the latter were higher than those in the former (P<0.005). The high-expression rates of Fas, FasL, EBV in NK/TCL and TCL were significantly higher than those in BCL. However, The high-expression rates of bcl-2 in NK/ TCL and TCL were significantly lower than those in BCL. There was a significant difference in the mean survival time between necrosis and non-necrosis groups (7.4 months and 24.2 months respectively, P<0.005). Conclusion The high-expression of Fas, FasL, bcl-2 and infection of EBV may play some roles in necrosis of NHL. Necrosis of NHL results from cooperation of several factors and suggests relation to prognosis.
