Venlafaxine Treatment of Depressive Neurosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side-effects ofvenlafaxine in the treatment of depressive neurosis.Methods one hundred of outpatients with depressive neurosis in open-lable,non-compared treatment study with venlafaxine for 4 weeks,with a does range from 50mg to 100mg daily(taken orally).Efficacy was assessed with the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAM-D)at weeks 0,1,2,3,4.Side-effects was assessed with the TESS at weeks 1 and 4.Results The total response rate was over 90%.Side-effects were mostly mild and brief,major of which were dizziness,nausea,anorexia,insomnia,anxiety,and so on.Conclusion The results of this study indicate that venlafaxine is effective and well tolerated for the treatment of depressive neurosis at small doses.关键词
