乌司他丁与奥曲肽联合治疗重症急性胰腺炎41例的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of ulinastatin(UTI)andoctreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)．Methods To adopt the research methods of randomizing control，to collect 41cases with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital，and be devided into trial group(UTI+Octreotide，21cases)and control group with octreotide (n=20)．The symptom，sign and lab exams were detected．Results Compared with the control group，the cure rate and the total effica rate of trial group were significantly improving．Treatment for 5to10 days in the experimental group，the positive rate of hemodlastase and amylase in urine compared with control group,there were significantly different(p<0．05)．and the positive rate of blood calcium in treatment after 5 days，also had significantly different(p<0．05)．Conclusions Combined UTI and octreotide can significantly improve clinical etticacyin treatment of severe acute pancreatitis．关键词
