摘要
Abstract
Objective To discover the relation of turmors biologicalcharacteristics, prognosis and expression of PCNA. Methods Immunohistochemical techniques were used for this study. Results A postive relation has been found between the expression of PCNA and infiltrating depth, lyphamtic metastasis, histology grade. Expression of PCNA had significant differences between DukesAB and DukesCD's tumor cells. Defferent groups of survival period had different expression of PCNA. Conclusion Expression of PCNA is an important stigma about tumors infiltration, lyphamtic metastasis. It can predict the patients' prognosis independently.关键词
