摘要
Abstract
The enantiomers of Dethmor were successfully separated by high performance capillary electrophoresis using sulfobutyl ether β -cyclodextrin as a chiral selector. Effects of the concentration of sulfobutyl ether β -cyclodextrin, pH and concentration of the buffer, type and concentration of organic modifier, and voltage on the resolution of Dethmor enantiomers were investigated. By changing separation conditions, the order of the two peaks can be controlled conveniently.关键词
