Career Development: Appealing for the Value of College Career Guidance
摘要
Abstract
Due to the college careers guidance was drifted away from values and value orientation for long time in China, the effects of career guidance was little. This article is based on Shoob's theory of career development and its implication for education, which is compared to the mellow employment concepts and modes of operation in western developed countries. It put forward that college career guidance should hold on the guiding ideology of people oriented and establish the counseling philosophy and modes which could promote man's overall, coordinated and sustainable development.关键词
