摘要

Abstract

A kind of lithium ion source used for ion attachment mass spectrometry was fabricated and which was developed in a high vacuum chamber. The filament temperature of 1300℃ was decided in consideration of the effects of the durability of the filament and the quantity of the lithium ions. The copious lithium ions were detected using a time of flight mass spectrometry. It showed the applicability of the lithium ion source in mass spectrometry.
