Abstract
Let the electricity price approved by national authorities ofevery power plant be regarded as “1” and each power plant only reports its price percentage during price competition.The electricity net dispatching departments arrange the percentages in order and purchase the lower among them in turn.This paper also analyzes why adopting it and its advantages and some attentive questions.关键词
