多塞平加氟桂利嗪治疗难治性肠易激综合征
Doxepin combined with flunarizine in the treatment of intractable irritable bowel syndrome

Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of doxepin combined with fiunarizine on treating intractable irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). Methods: 46 patients with non- constipation intractable IBS were administrated for auto- control investigation for four weeks by taking doxepin 12.5 mg bid or 25 mg qn and fiunarizine 5 mg qn orally. Curative effect was evaluated by comparing the symptom scores and effective rate of the cases before the treatment with those after the treatment. Results:The symptom scores after the treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. The effective rate was 76.1%. Conclusion: Doxepin combined with flunarizine is a more effective treating program for intractable IBS.关键词
