Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR is a kind of technique that can quantify the nucleic acid on different fluorescence,as it features high sensitivity,accuracy,and specificity.In this paper,the basic principle of real-time PCR and its application in the detection of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae were reviewed.关键词
