奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗反流性食管炎112例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the entry of the United domperidone treat-ment of reflux esophagitis of the value of clinical efficacy. Methods 112 patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two to observe the Group of 56 cases, 56 cases in the control group, the observer group of oral omeprazole capsules 20mg, twice a day:Domperidone tablets 10mg, 3 times a day . Control group of oral omeprazole capsules 20mg,twice a day, were treated for 8 weeks in a row line endoscopy. Results Clinical and efficient 92.86 (52/56), effective for endoscopic 92.86 (52/56);efficient clinical control group, 64.29% (36/56), endoscopic efficient for 64.29% (36/56),the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole capsule domperidone film has better curative effect, it is worth to promote clinical applications.关键词
