基于时延Petri网的项目管理方法
Research to the Structure of Project Management Based on Timed Petri Net
摘要
Abstract
With the increases of complexity and cost of a project, project management becomes more and more important. Though the traditional methods based on PERT or CPM succeeded in some fields, ignoring the resources restriction and exogenous events, they can not monitor the process of the project quickly. In this paper, we pr opose a project management structure based on timed Petri net. The structure consists of several modules, among them the reference PN model syncretizes the affection of resources restriction and a monitor PN model watch the happening of accidents. So the manager can know the situation of project clearly, and repair the planning and scheduling strategy to fit for the new condition.关键词
