THE ANALYSIS AND DESIGN METHOD OF MAINTENANCE SYSTEM IN INTELLIGENT CONTROL-MAINTENANCE-TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ICMMS) AND ITS APPLICATION

Abstract
The basic architecture and characteristics of maintenance systemin framework of ICMMS are introduced in this paper. The detailed analysis and design method for maintenance system is put forward. Its main strategy is user driving, function decomposing, subdividing and reifying step by step. The reference model of function layer for predictive maintenance, which is the most important part of maintenance system in framework of ICMMS, is discussed. An approach to realize state supervision, prediction and status analysis based on an ANN dynamic identification model is brought forward too. As an example, the way of using these methods to analyze and design the maintenance system of servomechanism of hydroelectric set governor is introduced briefly.关键词
