Abstract
The present study suggested a lysozyme-free method for preparation of single cells of axenic Spirulina platensis.When the filaments of Spirulina platensis washed by Zarrouk medium containing 0.75mol/L NaCl,many single cdlls were obtained and the regeneration rate of single cells was 28.6%.A method is also explored for preparation of axenic strain of Spirulina platensis.Firstly,the filaments were treated with 0.4% NaClO for 5 minutes,secondly,put the filaments into the Zarrouk medium containing Kanamycin,Gentamicin and Neomycin,the final concentration of these three antibiotic is 15.μg/μl,cultured the filaments under 35℃ for 48 hours,finally the filaments were rinsed with Zarrouk medium containing 1.5mol/L NaCl for 1minute.关键词
