中国医疗保险对城镇居民药品经济负担影响研究
Research on the effect of Chinese medical insurances on the pharmaceutical financial burden of urban residents

Abstract
Using a national household survey of the State Council Pilot Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance Evaluation, this paper analyzes the effect of several basic medical insurances on the pharmaceutical financial burden of urban residents by the ordinary liner square regression. Results show that the pharmaceutical financial burden of urban residents who have medical insurances is lower than their counterparts. The pharmaceutical financial burden of urban employees who have Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance (UEBMI), free medical care, commercial medical care and the New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance (NRCMI) have been relieved. The pharmaceutical financial burden of urban residents who have the Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance (URBMI) haven't been reduced obviously. The reasons may due to the fact that the URBMI has just began and the potential need of the insured people hasn't been fully released.关键词
