摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the significance of p16 gene expression in humannephloblastoma. Metlocls: A total of 53 casesof nephroblastoma were studied for p16 gene expression with S-P immunohistochemical methods. Results: The positivity rate of p16gene expression was 45.29% in all 24 cases of nephroblatoma. The positivity rate was related to pathological types, clinical stagesand prognosis by comparison ( P < 0.05). Gonclusior: p16 gene plays an important role in the development and progression innephroblastom.关键词
