Abstract
In this paper, we present the design of a new network performance monitoring and publishing system. The main characteristic of this system is the distributed aetive agent technique. Compared with the conventional centralized network monitoring system and other new network monitoring systems based on distributed agents, the system based on distributed active agents can ensure security, and can guarantee the consistence of the data gathering time.关键词
