Error Resilience by RVLC in Digital Video Transmission
摘要
Abstract
It has been point out that the VLC techniques are vulnerable to bit errors. This article proposes technology of error resilience by using reversible variable length coding for combined COD/MCBPC information and motion vector difference data in data partitioning structure. This article also gives some simulation results of error resilience technologies based on IMT-2000 channel models. The result shows error resilience by RVLC can remarkably improve the subjective and objective quality of the reconstructed image.关键词
