Corporation culture and its development
摘要
Abstract
From the different economic features between America and Japanand the comparison of success-and-failure practice of some Chinese corporations，it is concluded that corporation culture is very important for its development.Through theoretical analyses of the management functions and the influence of cultural innovation on corporation innovation,corporation's cultural innovation is the foundation of its operation achievement. Strong corporation culture played an important role in its success, but it is obstructive to the corporation's adaptive development. It is necessary to build adaptive corporation culture.Chinese corporation must take measures to change present situation of lack of deep internal-cultural construction so as to stimulate the staff's innovative motivation.关键词
